Improvisation has been a fun method for building my recent paintings. I always start with an open wash of paint on the board to leave the way for my imagination to see what the next step will be. It is a gradual build-up all along, keeping in mind the typical rules of composition, distribution of the tones and colours.
Oil colours on board, 40 cm x 40 cm. Ready to hang with floating frame.
